“ We engaged Patrick to Project Manage the renovation of our 3 bedroom holiday/investment unit. This involved a new kitchen, remodeling two bathrooms, and a separate toilet, installing a kitchenette in a studio bedroom, and removing carpet and laying tiles to all wet areas as well as the lounge/dining/entry areas. A big job, especially as the studio and ensuite involved major redesign considerations. We were not disappointed.
From our first meeting with Patrick, he was honest in his advice, his costings, and his time expectations. He guided us through the design and selection process, introducing us to his consultants along the way.
As work commenced, COVID hit and, as we live in Sydney, we were unable to visit the site to review progress. Patrick stayed in close contact providing regular photo updates and talking us through video walkthroughs. Anytime there was an unplanned issue or decision he made recommendations and kept in contact to ensure that we were happy with the course of action. We have been told he respected the other occupants in the building and the on-site management at all times and kept the site and access areas clean and tidy.
We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The unit is refreshed and functional as well as stylish. Costs were exactly as quoted and work completed within the timeframes expected, given we made a few changes along the way (as you do).
